Information used by the service
The service reads the MCC ClickUp job identifier, PO/work-order number, job name, address and job-folder reference. It writes the private signing link to the job's sign-off field. It reads the work-order number, ClickUp task ID and CI/CO completion date from MCC's operational Google Sheet to match the correct record.
Google Drive access is used to check the designated job folder and its parent folders, create the completed sign-off PDF in that job folder, and verify the saved file. The Google connection requests Drive access and read-only Sheets access; the service restricts its job processing to MCC's configured spreadsheet and approved job-folder area.
When an authorized representative submits the form, the service processes their name, drawn signature and acknowledgement. The record also includes the document version, submission time, receipt ID, file verification information and upload status.
Purpose and access
This information is used to prepare the service record, confirm the representative's acknowledgement, save the signed document and handle delivery or support issues. MCC staff with authorized access to the job and its storage folder can access the saved record. ClickUp, Google, Make and the hosting provider process information needed to provide their parts of this workflow.
Anyone holding a valid private job link can review that job's signing record. Share the link only with the intended technician or site representative. Signing customers do not need a Google account or access to MCC's Google Drive; Google authorization is completed by an authorized MCC administrator.
This service does not sell job or Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Storage and job records
The hosted service encrypts stored job-detail snapshots, private signing-link values and generated PDFs. Its job ledger also keeps operational identifiers, job and file names, delivery status, receipt details and timestamps. The completed PDF is stored in the designated MCC Google Drive job folder under that folder's access permissions.
Records are kept for job administration and support. This service does not currently apply an automatic deletion period. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact services@mccmaintenance.com; MCC will review the request and the records it relates to.
Disconnecting the Google account
The authorizing administrator can remove MCC E-Signoff's access in Google Account connections. Removing access stops future Google-dependent automation until an administrator reconnects it. It does not automatically delete PDFs already saved in Drive or records already held by MCC's signing service.
