Your service sign-off
- Open your job link. Your dispatcher provides a private link for the service visit.
- Review the record. Check the PO number, service address and completion date, then open the prepared document.
- Sign and submit. The authorized site representative enters their name and signs. The completed PDF is saved in MCC's Google Drive job folder.
Use the complete link from your dispatcher to access a job. Signing customers do not need a Google account or access to MCC's Google Drive.
Connected to MCC's job workflow
MCC E-Signoff uses ClickUp job details, the completion date recorded in MCC's job sheet, and the matching Google Drive job folder. Only an authorized MCC administrator connects the Google account used by the service.
